Our holiday village is located on Enchanet Lake, the favorite of fishermen in Cantal. Thanks to the speed limit, practicing water sports is almost impossible, which gives a wild side to this stretch of water 17 km long.

3 rivers flow into the reservoir, the Marronne, the Bertrande and the Etze, they spring from our mountains and bring clear, high-quality water for swimming but also for fishing.

Our campsite La Gineste offers fishing stays in Cantal with infrastructures ideal for practice.

First, a very long launch which allows access to the lake of Enchanet all year round. In very cold weather, the lake level is lower and predator fishing more favorable, this installation guarantees you fishing trips in the heart of Auvergne from January to December.

The predator is king on the lake of Enchanet, pikeperch, pike, perch coexist in significant numbers. Trout completes this stocking. The local fishing company hands over fish every year.

A pontoon is available to campsite customers, you can safely moor your boat near your chalet.

For your fishing stay in the Cantal, we will offer you our best accommodation for up to 6 people, you will have the possibility to eat in our establishment.

Finally, we have several boats with heat engines for hire, reservations are made on site in summer and by phone the rest of the year.
